Florencia Filadoro specializes in public opinion research and political communication strategy. She has international experience working for political candidates and businesses in Latin America, United States, and Great Britain. She has worked with well-known political consultants such as Sergio Bendixen, Ben Goddard and Gerry Gunster. Since 2013, Florencia works in Argentina, advising, government institutions, businesses and candidates in local, legislative and presidential elections.

Florencia has a Master degree in Political Communication, at The George Washington University (US) and is a Political Scientist from Universidad de San Andres (Argentina). She is a Fulbright Scholar and was awarded by the PEO International Fund. She is also a founding member and ex President (2021-2023) of ASACOP (the Argentine Association of Political Consultants) and had collaborated with the editing of Campaigns and Elections, a magazine specialized in political analysis in Spain and Latin America.

Hernan Reyes has more than 20 years of international experience working in the public and the private sector as a writer, media editor, creative director and communications consultant. His career in politics began in 2006 when he was hired by the prestigios firm Bendixen&Amandi International to work as a speech and content writer for local and national clients. Since 2013, Hernan works in Argentina, advising, government institutions, businesses and candidates in local, legislative and presidential elections.

He is a versatile and skilled communicator who has worked in prestigious international media such as Le Monde Diplomatique and The Miami Herald. His work was internationally recognized with various awards including the National Hearst Foundation Award and the Kodak Award for Cinematography.

He studied Journalism and Communication at the University of Florida and earned a master´s degree in Film and Media Arts (FMA) from Temple University in Pennsylvania. He has studied advertising at The American College in London (Great Britain) and has completed graduate studies in public opinion and political communication in FLACSO (Argentina).
